COVID Policy

As per NSW Government regulations only clients who are fully vaccinated and those with a valid medical exemption will be allowed to visit the spa.Clients will have to provide proof of vaccination 48 hours prior to their appointment. Please email this to hello@ymdayspa.com.au This will be a requirement for all bookings placed before 1st December 2021 at which point restrictions will ease in line with government advice.If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination please know you will forfeit your appointment booking fee. Please be assured all our staff members are fully vaccinated. 

We reserve a Spa Therapist and a Treatment Room especially for you at your chosen time. We need a reasonable amount of time to be able to re-schedule your appointment (24 hours). If in the unfortunate event you need to cancel your appointment with less than the 24 hours notice- you will be charged the entire amount. 

If you are not okay with this- please try booking on the day of the appointment of when you would like to book in, or we could happily accommodate a friend/ family member in your place instead. 

We understand that people need to cancel because of various legitimate reasons, but we are still a business that needs to pay the staff and rent. We sincerely thank you for your understanding. 

In the event that we need to cancel/reschedule your appointment due to staff illness etc. you will not lose the deposit AND we will reduce the cost of your treatment by $20-after all it is only fair.
