Gift Cards and Treatment Vouchers
Gift vouchers are emailed automatically after successful payment. Please check if the email address is correct. If you have not received your voucher, you can contact us at hello@ymdayspa.com.au Please also check junk mail folders.
Gift vouchers can also be purchased in store.
Gift Card and Treatment Voucher Terms and Conditions
Gift cards and treatment vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date must be clearly shown on your card or voucher. We honour any longer validity already promised at purchase.
Treatment vouchers must be booked by phone on (02) 9665 6772 or by email at hello@ymdayspa.com.au. They cannot be booked through Fresha and cannot be used on Sundays. Saturday surcharges may apply; please confirm the final amount with our team before booking.
Gift cards and treatment vouchers are not refundable for change of mind. This does not limit any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
Gift vouchers are fully transferable but not redeemable for cash.
Gift vouchers of monetary value can be redeemed towards services or products, unless otherwise specified.
Gift voucher bookings must adhere to the same rules as our standard bookings.
Gift voucher appointments which have been booked and clients fail to show will be considered redeemed in full.
Bookings in advance are essential, please let reception know your voucher number at time of booking.
Gift vouchers must be presented at time of appointment.
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
Multi Visit Mama - each gift voucher/multi visit mama package is valid for one person only, i.e. voucher cannot be split and divided for multiple people. Appointments cannot be made consecutively, Multi Visit Mama is for separate appointments on different days.
