Gift Vouchers of Monetary Value or Spa Packages

Gift vouchers will be manually emailed to your email address soon after purchase. Please check if the email address is correct. If you have not received your voucher, you can contact us at hello@ymdayspa.com.au  Please also check junk mail folders. 

Gift vouchers can also be purchased in store.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Gift vouchers have a 3 year expiry date from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Gift vouchers are fully transferable but not redeemable for cash.

Gift vouchers of monetary value can be redeemed towards services or products, unless otherwise specified.

Gift voucher bookings must adhere to the same rules as our standard bookings and can be found here.

Gift voucher appointments which have been booked and clients fail to show will be considered redeemed in full.

Bookings in advance are essential, please let reception know your voucher number at time of booking.

Gift vouchers must be presented at time of appointment.

We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

Multi Visit Mama - each gift voucher/multi visit mama package is valid for one person only, i.e. voucher cannot be split and divided for multiple people. Appointments cannot be made consecutively, Multi Visit Mama is for separate appointments on different days.
